Construction work and road renovations from April 2026

From April 2026, construction work and a comprehensive road renovation will take place in the area surrounding our Solaria holiday resort. The construction work is expected to last until the start of the 2026/27 winter season, and the road renovation until around the end of July 2026.
These measures are part of an initiative to improve the infrastructure and quality of life in our region.

Selected holiday flats available during construction work

In order to minimise possible inconvenience, we are only offering selected holiday flats during this time. These are marked in green on the attached map. A building site is always associated with emissions. Unfortunately, it is not possible to prevent these from being perceptible in these holiday flats. We endeavour to keep the restrictions and disturbances to a minimum.

We were able to complete the shell of the yellow-marked building sites last year. The focus is now on the interior work and the finishing work.
The construction site marked in purple will start excavation work in spring 2026 (until around the end of May 2026). We will stop work in this area from around mid-May to around the end of August 2026. We will start shell construction work from around the end of August 2026. The associated construction site access road is marked in orange.
